- Gold and white rhodium plating does not last forever - on average, it needs to be restored once a year. We provide a service to restore the coating.
- Even with proper storage, gold or white rhodium jewelry can tarnish due to individual skin secretions.
- If silver jewelry with plating gets wet in fresh water, nothing will happen to it, but the service time of the gilding and rhodium will be reduced.
- The service time of the coating depends on the careful care and individual characteristics of the skin.
- Warranty repair of silver jewelry is provided within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty repair of silver jewelry does not include the replacement of lost or damaged elements, including pearls and precious stones. A new part is paid for separately.
- The warranty does not cover plating (gold and white rhodium plating).
- After 6 months after the purchase date, any repairs in case of breakage are paid by the buyer.
