Sending orders

 

After receiving your order, we take up to 5 business days to ship silver jewelry and up to 10 business days to ship gold jewelry. If the jewelry is in stock, we will ship it the same day if you place your order before 4:00 PM.

 

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta at our expense and takes 1-2 business days.

International delivery takes 10-20 business days depending on the carrier.

 

By placing an order on the website, you automatically agree to the public offer agreement .

Returns and exchanges

 

According to Ukrainian law, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to return. Therefore, we ask you to place orders carefully and consciously, but we are ready to accommodate the client and exchange a silver jewelry for another or refund the money under the terms of return within three days after receipt, provided that the jewelry seal and tag are intact. Gold jewelry is not subject to exchange or return. Jewelry made to the individual order of the buyer is not subject to exchange or return. In the case of return or exchange, all postage costs are borne by the buyer.
