- Jewelry should be protected from contacts with water, perfumes, cosmetics and detergents. Do not wear at pool, shower, or gym.

- To preserve the gilding and white rhodium coating for a longer time, our jewelry must be stored separately from others in closed branded boxes.

- Gold plating and white rhodium plating is not eternal - on average, it must be renewed once a year. We provide a service to restore the coating.

- Even under the conditions of proper storage, gold-plated or white rhodium jewelry can darken and tarnish due to individual skin secretions.

- If the silver jewelry with plating gets wet in freshwater, nothing will happen to them, but the service life of the gold plating and rhodium will be reduced.

- The service life of the plating depends on the individual skin characteristics and the care conditions.

- Warranty repair of silver jewelry is provided within 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Silver jewelry warranty repair does not include the replacement of lost or damaged items, including pearls and precious stones. A new part is paid separately.

- Plating (gold plating and white rhodium) is not guaranteed.

- After 6 months from the date of purchase, repairs in case of breakdown are paid by the buyer.

- Warranty repair and polishing of gold jewelry is carried for a lifetime, as long as the ORXATA brand exists.

- Warranty repair for gold jewelry does not include the replacement of lost or damaged items, including pearls and precious stones. A new part is paid separately.

- restoration of rhodium or gold plating - from 60 hryvnias per gram of the product

- jewelry repair without replacing parts - from 100 hryvnias, depending on the complexity of the repair

- replacement of a silver part - from 150 hryvnias, depending on the complexity of the repair and the weight of the part

- replacement of a gold part - it is calculated depending on the complexity of the repair and the weight of the part

- ultrasonic cleaning - from 100 hryvnia
