  • Cleaning with strong household chemicals

If your jewelry comes into contact with any of the above, be sure to dry it thoroughly before storing to help preserve its appearance and vibrancy.

We offer one complimentary plating refresh within 1 year of your original purchase — because your jewelry deserves to shine like new.

What’s included:

  • Replating of gold or white rhodium finish
  • Professional cleaning and gentle polishing

Please note:

  • This service is valid for one-time use within 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Shipping costs (both ways) are covered by the customer.
  • After the 12-month period, the same service can be requested for an additional fee.

Warranty Repairs

We offer complimentary warranty repairs for all our jewelry within 6 months of the purchase date. If your piece requires service due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll take care of it with care and precision.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Repair of defects in craftsmanship or materials
  • Restoration of broken or non-functional components (if not lost)

Please note:

  • Lost or missing parts are not covered under the warranty and will be replaced at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
